My journey

Patsy Thompson's journey through the music landscape has been as diverse and captivating as her sound. Born in Canada and later embracing the musical roots of Texas, Patsy has honed a unique blend of blues, country, and rock that resonates deeply with her audience. Her rich, soulful voice—capable of conveying raw power and tender emotion in a single note—has become her signature.

While in Texas, Patsy has shared stages with musical legends such as Willie Nelson opening at the iconic Backyard in Austin Texas and playing 3 of his 4th of July picnics. She also opened for Clint Black, Dwight Yoakum, Rusty Weir, and Stop The Truck, to name a few.

 With each album, from her debut to her latest upcoming release, "Neon Lights," Patsy continues to explore and evolve her musical expression. Her albums weave together her story of love, hard times, friendships, partying and life's spontaneous moments, highlighted by her vibrant songwriting and compelling vocal delivery. 

Her passion not only for music but also for connecting with her audience shines through every performance. She carefully chooses cover songs that reflect the energy of her band, and keeps the crowd on the dance floor. On stage she is a powerhouse, purposeful, and always personal.
